If an item is damaged during pickup, that item will be repaired by the Owner, free of charge. In the event that an item becomes damaged within a 7-day period, the Owner will repair that item, pending a repair fee. 

Bling By Bliss Owner will work with the customer to determine the best place/time for pick-ups. No deliveries. No shipping. You must live within a 25-mile radius of Glenarden, MD.
